About the Role

As part of a close-knit team, the Pick / Packer focuses on picking and packing fresh produce to meet our customer orders, with key objectives being quality, timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency. Success will look like:
Picking / packing fresh produce as per customer orders
Inspecting fresh produce to ensure quality standards are met.
Repetitive lifting of up to 15kg




Adhere to set OH&S; rules and regulations.
Working in a cold environment at times
Working early morning shifts
Team based improvements to safety and quality.

About You
Experience in a pick / packing role
Keen sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
Reliable and punctual
Robust teamwork skills
Preference will be given to candidates with their own transport.

Are you a standout candidate?
Experience in a fresh product (fruit and vegetable) warehouse in a similar role desirable, but not essential
Forklift License also beneficial, although training can be provided.
