JD Implants Australia is an innovative dental implant company based on the Sunshine Coast. We're a tight-knit, passionate team who take pride in what we do and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us and grow with us.

This is a hands-on, varied role at the heart of our operations. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, keeping orders moving, stock accurate, and deliveries on time. If you're organised, a great communicator, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same this one's for you.

Key Responsibilities
n

Receive and process customer orders via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner
n
Communicate with clinics, hospitals, and sales representatives to confirm order details and delivery requirements
n
Manage stock takes and assist with inventory management
n
Check in incoming stock orders and ensure accurate records are maintained
n
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with care and accuracyBook and coordinate shipping with freight providers
n
Maintain accurate records across our order management systems
n
Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order status and any delays
n
Support the wider team with general administration and operational tasks as needed
n
Contribute ideas to improve day-to-day processes, we genuinely want your input
n

Skills and Experience
n
n
Previous experience in a customer service,



order processing, warehouse coordination, or operations administration role
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
n
Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
Proficient with general computer applications and order management or inventory systems
n
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
n
Experience in a medical device, healthcare, or dental industry environment will be highly regarded but is not essential
n
