Job Description
Twelve Apostles Café on Victoria's Excellent Ocean Road is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team at a iconic tourist destination.
n
You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, coordinate daily production across sections, mentor Chefs de Partie and junior staff, and uphold food safety, HACCP and presentation standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Weekend work and Australian working rights are required.
