Step into a vibrant hybrid role (Milton + WFH) and take the reins on MS Lotteries and Cash Grab lottery campaigns, raising crucial funds to support the 1 in 4 Australians living with a neurological condition.

We're excited to welcome a creative, strategic and innovative digital marketer to join us as our new
Lotteries Specialist
to our team. You'll deliver dynamic multichannel campaigns for MS Lotteries during a pivotal period of evolution. With the support of an engaged internal team and trusted external partners, you'll champion online sales and craft personalised supporter journeys that engage, inspire, and retain a loyal community.

Based at our contemporary Neuro Wellness Hub on Milton's vibrant Park Road, you'll join a collaborative team united by authenticity and purpose. We offer a hybrid working model, with two days working from our Milton workspace and three days from home, outside key event periods. You'll enjoy flexibility, a culture grounded in trust and respect, and meaningful work that supports both your purpose and wellbeing.

Reporting to the Lotteries and Donor Manager, you will:

Bring lottery campaigns to life by coordinating the development of standout creative assets
n
Design and deliver innovative, personalised marketing campaigns that speak to core and emerging audiences
n
Produce engaging, high-impact messaging that captivates customers and drives action
n
Champion a test-and-learn mindset, using data and insights to continually optimise performance
n
Analyse and report on campaign results, uncovering opportunities for ongoing growth
n
Implement smart segmentation strategies to elevate the supporter experience across every touchpoint
n
Build solid relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery
n

You bring hands-on experience in digital marketing or advertising, and if you've worked in lotteries, that's a fantastic bonus (but not essential)

You know how to plan,



launch, and optimise campaigns across multiple channels with confidence

n
You communicate clearly, professionally, and effortlessly with stakeholders at all levels

You're comfortable using a wide range of tools and platforms, CRMs, CMSs, Meta, Instagram, Google Ads, and more

To join MS Queensland, you will need to complete relevant compliance checks, including:

NDIS Worker Screening

Blue Card
n
National Police Clearance
n
NDIS Worker Orientation Module training
n

MS Queensland covers the cost and renewal of Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Card requirements where applicable.
