is a renowned & iconic Cocktail Bar and Restaurant in Melbourne's best position, right in the hustle and bustle of the popular Southbank, Melbourne.
We are proud of our achievements serving outstanding cuisine – lunch and dinner with exceptional cocktails, excellent service and all in all a pretty positive vibe!
As restrictions are easing we are looking for exceptional Hospitality staff to join our friendly team.
We are ideally looking for someone that can offer us at least six months tenure. We have full time positions available.

Responsibilities of the Role:
Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons
Abide by health and safety procedures.
We have introduced a "order from your table" system. This means that customers are able to place their own orders and make payments right at their fingertips.
The successful applicant will among other things be responsible for:
The recruitment and continual systematic training for each restaurant staff member
Naturally, the achievement of the Restaurant Departments Sales Budget
Product development, menu development and other product innovations
implementation of our special operating procedures
Ensuring selected staff are well versed with the current promotional offers for both restaurant and bars.
Ensuring all service staff are engaged presenting the best of our Food and Beverage offer
Empowering the team to find better ways to constantly deliver quality and service that service our customers beyond their expectations.




Maintaining a strict cleanliness standard including but not limited to knowledge of food handling and hygiene.
Ensuring maintenance of all food equipment and identifying early any risks
Responsible for placing orders in accordance with our purchasing system and approved vendors and adhering to a purchasing budget.
Manage staffing roster in accordance with financial budget whilst providing for all customer requirements.
Responsible for executing and delivering the stock control management system achieving exceptional results
RESTAURANT MANAGER WILL ALSO NEED TO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING...
A PASSION
for hospitality with a proactive approach to everything within the venue
EXPERIENCE
as a Food & Beverage Manager / Assistant Manager in high volume restaurants
TERTIARY
qualification in Business and/or Hospitality Management (desirable)
A CURRENT
"Responsible Service of Alcohol" (RSA) certification (mandatory)
ABILITY
to coach, mentor and lead a team
STRONG
accuracy and attention to detail
TRUE ABILITY
to work under pressure both in and out of service
EXCELLENT
customer service skills matched to excellent staffing skills
EXCEPTIONAL
organisational skills and an ability to follow tasks through to completion
EXCELLENT
problem-solving skills capitalising on your pro-activeness
WELL GROOMED
and professional in appearance to a point that leads the team
