We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Export Coordinator to join our friendly team!

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Processing and coordinating customer export orders
n
Liaising with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics providers
n
Coordinating airfreight and sea freight shipments
n
Preparing and checking export and shipping documentation
n
Monitoring shipment timelines and delivery schedules
n
Coordinating stock availability and supplier lead times
n
Managing customer and supplier correspondence relating to orders
n
Ensuring all required export documentation is completed accurately and on time
n
Maintaining accurate internal records and updating company systems
n




Following up outstanding documentation, bookings and shipment requirements
n
Assisting with pricing, order administration and general export-related duties
n
Working closely with the Business Manager and wider operations team
n
n
About You
n
n
Has at least 3 years' experience in export coordination, freight, logistics or a similar role
n
Has experience coordinating international shipments
n
Is confident managing multiple orders and deadlines at once
n
Is comfortable communicating with international customers and suppliers
n
Works well independently while also contributing to a team
n
Is confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
n
Is looking for a stable, long-term position
