Job Description

Robinsons Bookshop is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to take ownership of daily financial administration for a growing multi-site retail business in Victoria. This is not mere data entry and requires practical, street-smart accounting and solid attention to detail.

You will handle daily/weekly bookkeeping, reconciliations, supplier invoicing, and maintain accurate financial records in Xero, with a focus on improving financial systems and reporting.
