Claims Administrator - Insurance Builder

Full Time | Monday-Friday | Office Based We're partnering with a growing insurance building and repairs business that is looking to add multiple Claims Administrators to its Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on dealing with people, and wants to build a long-term career within a supportive business that genuinely invests in its staff.

Working alongside project managers, estimators, trades and customers, you'll play a key role in managing insurance claims from first contact through to completion, ensuring a positive experience for clients during what can often be a stressful time.

What you'll be doing:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers lodging insurance claims
n
Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls
n
Coordinating trades, estimators and project teams
n
Scheduling inspections, make-safe works and repair activities
n
Managing claim documentation and updating internal systems
n
Liaising with insurers, customers and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
n
Following up outstanding actions and maintaining service level agreements
n
Escalating and resolving issues while providing exceptional customer service
n
Ensuring all claims are managed accurately and within required timeframes
n

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in administration, customer service, call centre, claims, scheduling or coordination roles
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
Solid computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
n
A proactive, resilient and positive attitude
n
Experience within insurance, construction, property, repairs or trades environments will be highly regarded
n
