The successful applicants will work as an key member of the team and provide the following administrative support: You must have prior experience in a medical reception setting to be considered for this role.
General medical reception work
Answering a high volume of patient and doctor calls
Booking in appointments
Data entry, updating and creating patient files
Faxing, scanning, emails.

It is preferred that candidates can demonstrate the following criteria to be successful in this role:




Excellent computer skills and proficiency
Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
High level attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment
Qualified work ethic
