About the Role

As an Operations Support Staff member, you will rotate between departments and assist with:
Laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linen and residents' clothing.
Cleaning resident rooms and communal areas to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable workplace.
Catering duties, including meal preparation support, serving meals, dishwashing, and maintaining food safety standards.
Following infection prevention and control procedures.
Working collaboratively with all departments to ensure excellent resident care and service.

Shift Times
Cleaning 7:00am – 2:00pm
Dining Room 7:00am - 1.30pm and 1.00pm to 7pm
Kitchen Assistant 6.00am - 1.00pm
Shifts will be rostered across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.

About You

You will have
A positive attitude and solid work ethic.
A willingness to work across Laundry, Cleaning, and Catering.




Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Good time management and attention to detail.
A genuine commitment to providing quality service to older people.
Need To Have Police Check or willingness to obtain before commencement of work.

Desirable
Previous experience in aged care, hospitality, cleaning, or commercial laundry.
Knowledge of infection control and workplace health and safety practices.
Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
