Australia Dream Solutions Pty Ltd Pacific Painters Pty Ltd are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Painter to join their team on a full time basis. This position will be located across greater Sydney.

Task & responsibilities
Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, patching and cleaning
Applying paint, primers, stains and other coatings using brushes, rollers and spray equipment
Preparing and applying appropriate finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, trims and other surfaces
Protecting surrounding areas, furniture and fittings during painting works
Carrying out touch‑ups and finishing work to a high standard
Maintaining a clean and secure work environment
Following project specifications, workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures




Working independently and as part of a team
Travelling to different residential and commercial job sites across Sydney

Qualification & experience
Previous experience working as a Painter in residential and/or commercial painting
Strong knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation
Ability to prepare surfaces and achieve a high‑quality finish
Experience using brushes, rollers and other painting equipment
Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Ability to work as part of a team
Good communication and time‑management skills
Solid commitment to workplace health and safety
Reliable transport and a valid Australian driver’s licence
Relevant trade qualifications and/or relevant industry experience will be highly regarded
