WE’RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED PASTRY ASSISTANT

Doughcraft is looking for an experienced Pastry Assistant to join our production team in Brisbane.

This is a full-time night shift position, working Wednesday to Sunday.

Salary: $75,000 per year

You’ll be working closely with our Pastry Chef and assisting with the daily production of our pastries, including baking, decorating, filling and finishing products to Doughcraft standards.

We’re looking for someone who: Has previous skilled pastry or bakery experience Is confident with baking and pastry production Has experience decorating and finishing pastries Works cleanly, quickly and consistently Is reliable and comfortable working night shifts Can follow production lists,



recipes and instructions Has solid attention to detail Works well independently and as part of a team

Previous professional experience is essential. This is not an entry-level role.
