Key Responsibilities
Coordinate truck allocations across loading and unloading docks
Monitor inbound and outbound warehouse movements
Maintain accurate records across warehouse systems
Liaise with drivers, warehouse and operational teams
Respond to emails and investigate booking or load discrepancies
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures
Provide general administrative support
To be considered, you will have:
Previous transport, warehouse administration or dock control experience




Robust computer skills and WMS experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
A reliable, proactive and safety-focused approach
Flexibility for overtime and occasional weekend work
