We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys bookkeeping.

This is an prospect to join a well-established and growing finance business where you'll become a trusted part of the team, working closely with the Finance Manager and department managers across several businesses.
n It's a relaxed workplace where people are trusted to get the job done. The focus isn't on clock watching... it's on accuracy, reliability and outcomes.
n About the role
n Working across approximately three to four related businesses, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping while assisting with higher-level accounting functions where required.

Your responsibilities will include:
n

Daily bookkeeping using Xero
n
Payroll processing
n
Bank reconciliations
n
Accounts payable and receivable
n
Processing journals and assisting with month-end requirements
n
Following up outstanding invoices, receipts and supporting documentation
n
Liaising with managers and suppliers
n
General finance administration
n
n




Millions of dollars move through the accounts, so attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
n We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has payroll experience
n
Understands accounting journals and basic accounting principles
n
Is organised and highly accurate
n
Is comfortable following people up when documentation is outstanding
n
Communicates confidently with managers and business owners
n
Takes pride in producing accurate work
n
n
