Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop,



and maintain customer communications using OpenText Exstream 23.5
Build and support customer statements, notices, letters, disclosures, and regulatory correspondence.
Develop batch and real-time communication generation services.
Integrate Exstream solutions with enterprise APIs, event-driven platforms, and banking applications.
Support onboarding of current consumers and communication channels.
Ensure all customer communications meet regulatory, compliance, and accessibility requirements.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Testing teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to delivery planning and estimations.
Support production settings, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and platform modernisation initiatives.
Contribute to cloud migration and modern engineering practices.
