The part time role

Snooze Mandurah is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. This role offers variety with a mix of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Flexibility is essential.

At Snooze, you will
Build rapport, establish relationships with customers, and provide expert sleep solutions
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Snooze’s brand
Collaborate with your team in the day-to-day store operations
Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, operate computers, and walk the floor
Champion store presentation and operational standards that keep customers coming back

You already come with the following
Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential
Natural relationship-building skills
Positive attitude, energy, and the ability to inspire others
Collaborate with your team to hit targets and achieve store goals




Physically able to walk the floor and safely lift or move stock when required
Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage)
