You’ll provide clinical guidance, psychological assessments, and incident‑response support while contributing to proactive mental health initiatives across a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
Support training and prevention strategies within evidence‑based practice across a multidisciplinary wellbeing team.
Provide Psychological First Aid and support following critical or traumatic incidents.
Deliver confidential, evidence‑based psychological assessment, intervention and referral pathways for members.
Partner with Peer Support Officers and leaders to manage wellbeing, stress and mental health concerns.
Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to early‑risk identification and proactive mental health programs.

Salary (experience dependent): $133,000 - 154,000 package

About you:
Minimum four-year accredited sequence of study (postgraduate degree) in Psychology.
Hold or close to obtaining your general Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
A current Driver Licence and the willingness and ability to travel.
Be confident to present in person to support education and injury prevention training.
