Connect APAC are proud to partner with one of Australia's most exciting FMCG brands, disrupting the beverage category and scaling aggressively across P&C; and Grocery.

This isn't your typical corporate FMCG role. A quick-growing Australian beverage brand, built around functional and performance driven ingredients, is looking for a commercially sharp National Account Manager to help fuel its next chapter.

The product has been gaining reliable traction nationally. Now it needs someone who can own the commercial relationships, push distribution further, and treat their account base like it's their own business.

This role reports directly into the CEO and we expect this role to step into a National Business Manager / Head of level as they continue to scale.

What You'll Be Doing

You will have true ownership and autonomy, managing and growing key accounts across P&C; and Grocery. You will also lead new accounts as the business looks to expand distribution across the market.

You will lead the full commercial performance of your portfolio - from sales planning and trade execution through to P&L;, margin management,



and promotional ROI.

What You'll Bring
Experience working as a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager
FMCG experience is essential - ideally across food and/or beverages
Hands-on experience in petrol and convenience channels
Ideally you come with experience working within Grocery and understand the Metcash model
Solid commercial acumen across P&L;, trade spend, and negotiation
Self-driven, and comfortable owning national relationships
A genuine interest in being a part of high growth brand
