Location: Any location - Coffs Harbour / Grafton / Yamba
Day to day Subway operation (80% on-the-floor job)
Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.
Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions
Discuss business strategy with head office and undertake budgeting for the store
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Train team (employees) in business standards and policies.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and coach teams across multiple stores
Drive performance, customer satisfaction & operational excellence
Manage rosters, budgets, WH&S;, and food safety standards
Report to and support the General Manager
Full time store based (multi location) activities

Proven leadership & staff management experience
Valid driver’s licence & own vehicle

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
You must be citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
Must have a driver's licence.
You must provide a Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment.
At least 5 years of people management experience is a must.
You must provide Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
You must have experience working towards targets and KPIs.
You must have at least 2 years of Rapid Food Restaurant Manager experience.
You must have 4 years of Rapid Food Attendant experience.
