Leading Hand Carpenter - Luxury Home Builds

Our client is a luxury residential builder, building in the highly sought-after inner-city suburbs and are currently on the lookout for multiple Leading Hand's to join their team. They take pride in the homes they build, being able to offer exclusivity with their clients to provide them with their dream home. They have an exciting and busy year ahead, so are now looking to expand the team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is suitable for someone who has worked within the residential construction industry, ideally coming from a custom or renovation background as our client are building homes valued over $1 million. Working within a team of 8, this role is ideal for someone who is looking to gain more experience within the custom space and work alongside a motivated team.

This opportunity requires someone who has excellent attention to detail and is driven by delivering quality work.



You will work alongside a supportive team, receiving support from the office and an experienced construction manager. It is an ideal position for someone with demonstrated skills to work on the tools as well as manage a team.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Fully qualified carpentry certificate (Cert 3 in Carpentry) is required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a carpenter with a residential builder
Ability to work towards targets and deadlines while driving a team
Robust work ethic and positive attitude
Own vehicle is required
