ROLE IN A NUTSHELL n
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced
Part-Time Store Manager
to lead our Black Pepper store in
Wagga Wagga
.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving store performance, leading and developing your team, and creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through the door.
n
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the store, from sales and customer service through to stock management, visual merchandising and team rostering.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING n
n
Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
n
Create a welcoming and engaging store workplace where customers feel valued and confident.
n
Take ownership of daily store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
n
Drive sales through strong customer engagement, product knowledge and personalised styling.
n
Manage stock levels, replenishment and stock organisation to ensure the store is always customer ready.
n
Prepare and manage monthly rosters, ensuring hours are effectively planned within the allocated labour budget.
n




Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, styling and overall store presentation.
n
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
n
Lead by example and contribute to a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.
n
ABOUT YOU n
You're a passionate retail leader who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a successful, beautifully presented store.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Previous
retail leadership or Store Manager experience
, ideally within fashion or customer-focused retail.
n
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
n
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A commercial mindset with a focus on achieving sales and store performance targets.
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Experience with rostering, stock management and day-to-day retail operations.
n
A strong eye for detail and a passion for fashion, styling and visual merchandising.
n
A hands-on, positive approach and the confidence to lead a team by example.
n
