About the opportunity

Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, we have an opportunity for an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our asset services team, handling key project coordination and ensuring smooth operations across multiple active regional projects.
n

Roles and responsibilities
n
n
Manage flights, vehicles and accommodation requirements for all personnel including site-based staff.
n
Enter and review personnel timesheets.
n
Raise purchase orders and review customer invoicing as required by the services team.
n
Raise and complete projects / activities within the ERP system.
n
Complete and issue the end of month project and contract reports as directed.
n
Plan and schedule own work to meet required timelines and outputs.
n
Reconcile the maintenance services team's expenditure and submit to the Delivery Manager for approval.
n

About you
n
You're a proactive, collaborative, and results-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys contributing to meaningful outcomes.
n
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience in supporting financial reporting.
n
Experienced in using large corporate ERP systems and skilled in processing large volume data.
n
Your attitude is everything, for success in this role, you will pride yourself on taking an out-of-the-box approach where no task is too big.
n
Exceptional skill in efficiently handling vast amounts of data with meticulous attention to detail, especially in the realm of timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and precision at all times.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft SharePoint. Experience in Pronto will be highly regarded.
