Job Description

BelgraviaGroup is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead a busy Guest Services team at Lakeside Holiday Park, North Narrabeen NSW. You will drive guest experiences from arrival to departure and report to the General Manager.

You will manage rosters, coach staff, coordinate services across reception, reservations and guest services, ensuring a smooth, welcoming stay for guests while collaborating with housekeeping and other departments.
