We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Machine Operators to join our team.

Shift Availability
Day Shift – Start at 5:00am, Monday to Saturday
Afternoon Shift – Start at 1:00pm, Monday to Saturday

A Day in the Life
Machine start-up experience or a strong aptitude to learn machinery
Staying proactive and always one step ahead
Reading and communicating production plans and supporting the team to achieve KPIs
Communicating effectively across all levels of the business, including managers, senior leaders, auditors and contractors
Operating machinery safely and efficiently
Adapting quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For
Experience operating VFFS or similar packaging machinery highly regarded
Previous FMCG or food manufacturing experience preferred
Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling up to 10kg
Willingness to work in cold conditions (2–4°C, PPE provided)
Versatile to work weekends when required
Must be 18 years or older
