Job Title: Machine Operator / Production Worker

Ongoing afternoon shift (3:30pm to midnight)
Monday to Friday roster

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Operator / Production Worker. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Work on a fast-paced production line
Assemble suspension components
Perform general production and machine operating duties
Conduct quality inspections
Follow production schedules and work instructions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or machine operation (highly regarded)
A strong work ethic and a reliable attitude
Good attention to detail
The ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
Ability to lift and stand for long periods of time
Good communication skills and team work
A robust commitment to workplace safety
Reliable transport to and from work





Work Environment

This role involves
Standing for the majority of the shift
Repetitive production work
Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Essential Requirements
Available to work the afternoon shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 Midnight)
Able to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, if required
