Now, we're scaling Henderson Asset Management into the largest and most trusted asset management platform in the property space and we're hiring a Leasing Manager to help lead that charge.

The Mission

Your job is simple (not easy):
n Minimise vacancy. Maximise quality. Protect landlord outcomes.
n You are responsible for turning listed properties into income-producing assets: fast, professionally, and with zero compromise on tenant quality.
n
What You'll Be Accountable For
n
Leasing Performance
n
n
Driving low vacancy rates across the portfolio
n
Managing enquiry pipelines daily
n
Conducting open homes (including Saturdays)
n
Proactively following up all prospective tenants
n
Screening applications thoroughly and presenting strong recommendations
n
Ensuring seamless handover to Property Management
n
n
Marketing & Presentation
n
n
Overseeing listing quality (photos, copy, portals)
n
Monitoring listing performance and adjusting where needed
n
Recommending rental price strategy based on market conditions
n
Keeping up to date with QLD rental trends and legislation
n
n




Systems & Process
n
n
Using PropertyMe (or similar CRM) efficiently
n
Ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate and complete
n
Maintaining clear communication across the team
n
Keeping dashboards updated
n
n
Client Communication
n
n
Keeping landlords informed during the leasing campaign
n
Managing expectations clearly and professionally
n
Protecting the Henderson brand in every interaction
n

Who This Role Is For
