Job Description
Work across all rooms of the centre as required
n
Support educators and provide leadership throughout the day
n
Build positive and nurturing relationships with children
n
Plan and implement engaging learning experiences
n
Support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
n
Build solid relationships with families
n
Assist with routines, transitions and daily centre operations
n
Step into Lead Educator responsibilities when required
n
Be flexible and available to work all shifts across the centre, 5 days a week.
n
To Be Successful, You Will Need:
n
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
n
Current Blue Card
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
n
Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
n




Experience in a Lead Educator or senior educator role
n
Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
A positive, reliable and flexible attitude
n
A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and education to children
n
Availability to work across all shifts, including opening and closing shifts
n
