Pronto Pilates is seeking a part-time Studio Operations Specialist for our Caloundra studio. This hands-on role reports to the Studio Success Manager and ensures a 5-star class experience via attention to cleanliness, ambience, and member engagement.

You'll handle equipment maintenance, stock management, and occasional maintenance coordination while liaising with local businesses and delivering excellent member service. Flexible schedule outside peak times are available.
