Are you an experienced Senior Hair Stylist looking for something a little different while still keeping your hands in hair?
n
Epic Hair Designs is looking for a qualified Senior Stylist to join us in a unique full-time hybrid role, combining time on the salon floor with a key position in our Salon Support team.
n
The Role
n
This is a full-time position split across:
n
2 days per week working in salon as a Senior Hair Stylist
n
3 days per week working in Salon Support
n
It's a great opportunity for a Senior Stylist who loves hairdressing and working with clients, but is also ready to broaden their experience and become involved in the operational side of a large salon group.
n
For two days each week, you'll work on the salon floor as a Senior Stylist, delivering the high standard of hairdressing and client experience Epic is known for.
n
You'll continue to:
n
Cut, colour, style and care for clients
n
Deliver exceptional consultations and client experiences
n
Build and maintain client relationships
n
Recommend qualified home haircare
n
Work as part of a supportive salon team
n
Maintain strong professional and technical standards
n
For three days each week, you'll work with our Salon Support team, assisting our network of salons, managers, stylists and clients.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Managing incoming calls, emails and client enquiries
n
Assisting with appointments, bookings and salon schedules
n
Supporting salons with Zenoti and day-to-day system enquiries
n
Assisting stylists and managers with operational queries
n
Supporting stock, inventory and supplier processes
n
Coordinating maintenance and salon requests
n
Assisting with administration and reporting
n
Helping ensure smooth communication across our salon network
n




Providing professional and friendly support to both clients and team members
n
Who We're Looking For
n
You'll need to be a qualified Senior Hair Stylist, but just as importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and staying organised.
n
You'll be a great fit if you:
n
Hold a recognised hairdressing qualification
n
Have experience working as a Senior Hair Stylist
n
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Are confident using computers and digital systems
n
Are organised and able to manage multiple priorities
n
Enjoy problem-solving and helping others
n
Have strong attention to detail
n
Are professional, positive and approachable
n
Enjoy being part of a busy, collaborative team
n
Experience with Zenoti would be highly regarded, although training can be provided.
n
