Trak Recruiting is seeking a Showroom Manager for a brand-new Tweed Heads showroom with a premium furniture brand. You will lead a team of around 5, own the customer journey from first contact to sale and set the tone for a high-service, high-performance workplace.

You will drive sales, oversee stock and operations, recruit and onboard your team, and partner with the broader business to launch the showroom and establish its local reputation.
