SHAPE THE FUTURE OF WATER INFRASTRUCTURE

Veolia is seeking an experienced Asset Engineer to support water infrastructure operations and maintenance contracts across Newcastle and NSW.
n
You'll use asset data, condition assessments and risk analysis to improve maintenance strategies, guide investment decisions and strengthen the reliability of critical infrastructure.
n
This is a varied role combining technical analysis, asset management, capital planning and collaboration with operational teams. You'll have the opportunity to influence how assets are maintained, renewed and improved across multiple contracts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
n
n
Review maintenance programs, costs, risks and asset performance
n
Complete FMECA, RCM and maintenance strategy assessments
n
Coordinate asset condition assessments and identify high risk assets
n
Develop long term capital renewal and refurbishment models
n
Support annual maintenance, renewal and project budget development
n
Improve preventive maintenance schedules and CMMS information
n
Identify critical spare parts and prepare risk based recommendations
n




Support asset management requirements and ISO ***** certification
n
Provide CMMS support, training and coaching to maintenance teams
n
Work with operational, asset management and client stakeholders across NSW
n
Willingness to travel across NSW, approximately one week per month
n

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
n
n
A bachelor's degree in Engineering
n
Experience managing assets within industrial facilities
n
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Commercial awareness and experience contributing to budgets
n
