Reporting to the Company Secretary, you will assess governance against better practice and emerging regulatory expectations, then design an uplifted framework spanning Board and Committee governance, delegations, policies and reporting.

A central focus will be a skills matrix framework, enabling you to showcase strategic thinking at the highest level.
