The Opportunity

Provide trauma-informed legal support across family law and domestic violence in Cairns, Townsville or Mackay. Skip the billables and timekeeping of private practice, and make a genuine difference for women across North Queensland.

Duties
Provide trauma-informed legal advice, referrals and casework
Draft correspondence and legal documentation, liaising on behalf of clients
Participate in community legal education and outreach
Support and mentor junior colleagues when required
Maintain high professional, ethical and compliance standards

Skills & Experience
Bachelor of Laws and unrestricted QLD/High Court Practising Certificate
Minimum 3 years post-admission legal experience
Expertise in family law and domestic violence casework
Blue Card (Working with Children) and C Class Driver Licence
Ability to work autonomously in a geographically dispersed team
