K&M; Gardening & Landscaping is a growing landscape construction business delivering commercial and residential projects across Melbourne's west – including childcare centres, schools, aged care, strata and private homes.

We're looking for an experienced landscaper to join us part time (2–3 days per week), with a clear pathway to full time as the business grows.

What you'll be doing
Building retaining walls (sleeper, block and concrete)
Concrete work – set-out, formwork, pouring and finishing
Fencing installation – Colorbond, timber, pool and commercial fencing
General landscape construction – paving, turf, garden beds, drainage and site prep
Operating small plant and equipment

What we're looking for
2–3+ years of hands-on landscape construction experience




Confident with retaining walls, concrete and fencing, able to work with minimal supervision
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
White Card and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Reliable, punctual and proud of quality work

What we offer
$32–$38 per hour plus super, depending on experience
Part-time to start, with a pathway to full time
Varied commercial and residential projects
