Help at Hand Support Services is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team.
You will provide person-centred care, support daily routines, accompany clients on outings, and assist with medical appointments while maintaining a warm, respectful approach.
Successful applicants will have a current Police check, Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR, a valid Australian driver's license, and reliable transport.
