About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivatedParts 2ICto join our team atClark Equipment's Acacia Ridge branch.
This is ahands-on positionfocused onstaff supervision, customer service, and service department support— ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our Parts Department.
Reporting to theParts Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and high customer satisfaction standards.
This role is ideal for asenior Parts Interpreterorteam leaderready to take the next step in their career within a well-established and respected organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist theParts Managerin supervising and supporting daily team activities
Deliverhigh-quality customer serviceto external customers, internal sales, and service teams
Accuratelyinterpret and supply partsacross multiple brands and product lines




Liaise with theservice departmentto ensure parts availability and timely repairs
Supportprocess improvement and operational efficiencyinitiatives
Manage order accuracy, supplier communication, and backorder tracking
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Provenexperience in parts interpreting and customer service
Strongleadership or supervisory skills
Excellentcommunication, organisation, and multitasking abilities
Amechanical or technical understandingof mobile plant, forklifts, or heavy equipment (highly regarded)
A proactive, customer-focused attitude and commitment to teamwork
A current forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
Stable, long-establishedAustralian companywith national presence
