Job Description
Lucas Collective's Wishbone in Melbourne is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join the opening team.
You will support the Head Chef, help run the kitchen day-to-day, and ensure each section operates efficiently with robust leadership, planning, and coaching.
Chinese cuisine experience is a plus as we set the stage for a bold, fast-paced dining experience.
You'll manage rostering, ordering, and food safety programs while upholding OH&S; standards.
