Infinite Aged Care Mount Lofty is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to join our dedicated team. This full time role operates Monday to Friday, 06:30am–2:30pm, within a not-for-profit organisation that offers salary packaging perks.

You will lead the clinical care team, supervise and mentor RNs, ENs, and PCWs, and ensure high-quality resident care in our Mount Lofty facility.
