About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm, organised, and professional environment. You will manage front‑desk operations, support clinicians, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and manage check‑ins with a friendly, skilled manner
Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and manage appointment bookings
Coordinate clinician schedules and support daily workflow
Process payments, invoices, and Medicare/NDIS‑related administration
Maintain accurate client records and documentation

About You
Experience working in a Medical or Allied Health reception role (essential)
Strong customer service and communication skills

Sales or client‑conversion experience is a strong plus
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
