About the role

If you are a degree qualified Mechanical Design Engineer, this is a excellent chance to have meaningful input into exciting engineering projects.
Develop, design and test material handling equipment
Performing Engineering calculations and drafting for the project
Use the latest design technology – 3D Modelling, FEA , Team Centre, Solid Edge




Review and design hydraulic systems for attachments as required
Prepare quality documents and reports
Work safely with our skilled engineering team to solve problems and analyse product performance.

About you
At least 5 year's experience
Use of 3D modelling package e.g., Solid Edge or similar
Knowledge of FEA software (Ansys) and hydraulics preferable
Ability to gain knowledge of Australian Standards
Excellent engineering calculation skills
Ability to read and interpret machine drawings
Ability to gain an understanding of fabrication including welding compliance etc
Excellent research and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills; and
Exemplary skills in excel and other Microsoft office suit.
