Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit seeks a Nurse Manager Grade 4 to provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership across NNICU and Special Care Nursery. The role leads a large nursing team, drives secure, family-centred care and supports workforce development during a major redeployment.

Applicants should have robust governance, change-management and neonatal/critical care experience within tertiary settings. NSW Health perks apply.
