Report directly to the Principal

Providing strategic leadership in curriculum, learning, teaching and professional growth
n
Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the College's teaching and learning priorities, curriculum innovation and sustainable whole-school improvement
n
Build leadership capacity, inspire and support staff to continually refine their practice through learning, professional growth and shared accountability

Demonstrate an understanding of evidence-informed pedagogy
n
3 year tenure with teaching load attached
