Bluefin Resources in Sydney is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager for an 11-month contract to lead the customer lifecycle strategy for a leading Australian insurance brand.
You will own end-to-end journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, retention and churn reduction.
Work with Experience, Analytics, Martech, Digital, Product, Legal and Risk teams to deliver integrated campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, push, onsite, social and paid channels.
