Rockhampton Hospital, part of Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service, seeks an experienced Midwifery Unit Manager to lead the Maternity Unit and partner with clinical and operational leaders.
You will oversee staffing, resources, and budgets while promoting woman-centred care and midwifery-led models.
You will drive safety and quality improvements, support staff development, and enable innovation across the service.
This is a day-shift, full time fixed-term role based in Rockhampton.
