Job Description
Peel Valley Homecare PTY LTD – Tamworth NSW
Assist with showering, bathing, oral hygiene, grooming and dressing
Support Toileting, bowel care, and catheter care.
Help client safely transfer and move around.
Domestic Assistance and nutrition
Plan and prepare nutitious meals
Complete light housekeeping, including dusting, vacuuming, laundry and changing linens
Conduct grocery shopping and manage basic household errands
Clinical Support & observation
Prompt, supervise, and administer medications as authorised.
Recognize, document and report any physical or behavioral health changes to supervisors.
Provide overnight safety monitoring.
Social care & companionship
Accompany client to medical appointments, community events, and social outings
Engage clients in hobbies, and meaningful conversations to reduce isolation
