Bayside Health seeks a Physiotherapist Grade 2 for the Early Intervention in Chronic Disease Team in Frankston.
This fixed term, part time role (32 hours per fortnight) delivers client-centred care for musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological and diabetic conditions, via individual consultations, telehealth and group programs.
