Job Description
Hiring4Health in Sydney is seeking an exceptional Executive Manager in Residential Aged Care to lead a 140-bed residence, ensuring clinical excellence and a supportive culture.
You will mentor clinicians, drive governance, and build trust with families, staff and multidisciplinary teams while shaping the organisation's caring setting.
If you have five years of senior clinical leadership in a 100+ bed facility and an AHPRA-registered nursing qualification, this role offers a meaningful impact
