We are a leading Immigration Law agency in Sydney CBD providing our clients with Migration services for the past 11 years. Due to growth, we require a Marketing & IT Coordinator to join our busy team.

This is a varied role combining marketing, technology, AI and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and assist with digital marketing, including Google Ads, website, SEO and social media
Identify opportunities to digitise and streamline existing business processes
Implement AI, automation and other technology to improve efficiency
Manage and improve our CRM, website and other business systems
Provide general technology and IT support across the business
Research and introduce new digital tools and solutions
Work with management to improve marketing, lead generation and business operations





About You We are looking for someone with:
Experience in digital marketing and general business technology
Good knowledge of Google Ads and websites
Robust general IT and problem-solving skills
An interest in AI, automation and digital transformation
Ability to learn and implement new software and systems
Good communication and organisational skills
A proactive approach and ability to work independently

Experience in a qualified services business would be an advantage but is not essential. Job Type: Full time

Pay: $28.00 per hour
