We are seeking a reliable and experienced Male Support Worker to provide ongoing community support to a participant in Marangaroo.
Regular Shift Schedule:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Provide community access and social participation support
Assist the participant with appointments, shopping and community activities
Support protected entry and exit from the vehicle as required
Promote independence, choice and participant goals
Complete required progress notes and documentation
Requirements:
Previous disability/community support experience preferred
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Clearance
First Aid and CPR
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Valuable communication and documentation skills
Reliable and able to commit to the regular roster
Location: Marangaroo, WA Pay: $34.44 – $40.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
