Are you a detail-driven marketer who wants broad exposure across brand, digital, events and client engagement? We regularly work on Marketing Assistant and Coordinator roles that are a great springboard into a financial services marketing career.

Roles at this level typically involve supporting the day-to-day running of campaigns, social media, events and marketing operations, while learning how marketing works in a regulated workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, keeping timelines, trackers, budgets and supplier invoices up to date and coordinating materials with designers and printers
Schedule and publish social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, build email newsletters, and make website updates through the CMS
Draft copy for social posts, newsletters and invitations, and create straightforward graphics and presentations in Canva or PowerPoint using brand templates




Help plan and run client events, webinars and conferences, looking after venues, catering, invitations, RSVPs and attendee follow-up
Maintain CRM data, manage the compliance sign-off process for marketing materials, and pull together weekly and monthly performance reports

What You'll Bring
Around 1 to 3 years in a marketing, communications or coordination role, with graduates who have relevant internship experience also considered
Excellent written communication and a sharp eye for detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, email platforms and a CMS, plus basic design skills in Canva or Adobe
Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce is highly regarded, and exposure to financial services or skilled services is a bonus but not essential
A proactive, curious attitude and a willingness to learn about financial markets and get stuck in wherever you're needed
